These Terms govern your use of Build Permit Signal ("we", "us"), a subscription software platform that provides access to Arkansas building permit data. By subscribing to or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. The service

Build Permit Signal gives subscribers access to building permit data compiled from public records, delivered through our online platform and data exports. Features depend on the plan you choose (Starter, Pro or Growth).

3. Licence to use the data

Your subscription gives you a licence to use the data for your own internal business purposes only. You may not resell, republish, share or redistribute the data, in whole or in part, to anyone outside your company.

4. Accounts

One subscription is for one company. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

5. Data accuracy and coverage

Our data is compiled from public records provided by cities and counties and is provided "as is". Cities sometimes report late, change formats or miss reports, so coverage and update frequency vary by city and may change. We do not guarantee that the data is complete or error free, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it.

6. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

7. Price changes

We may change prices for new subscribers. Existing subscribers keep their current price unless we give at least 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date.
